US Rapper, DMX leads prayer at Kanye West’s ‘ Sunday service’
American rapper, Kanye West has been holding ‘Sunday services’ since the beginning of the year. The services are basically a private concert featuring impromptu choral arrangements of Kanye’s music.
Last Sunday witnessed a special guest in person of veteran rapper DMX. His albums famously include prayers and gospel songs such as “Lord Give Me a Sign” in 2006 and “Head Up” in 2012.
Reality television star, Kardashian West also captured video of his prayer and shared it via Twitter. DMX and his manager also posted some photos from the event on Instagram.
Since his release from prison earlier this year, DMX has been gradually returning to music. This special guest appearance follows his on-going tour for It’s Dark & Hell Is Hot’s 20th anniversary celebration.
