At last, Burna Boy gets nominated for the MTV Africa Awards this year

Many of us do not know him as Damini Ogulu, but when the name Burna boy is mentioned, it rings a bell. It would be recalled that Burna Boy was not happy that he did not get any nominations for the MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMAs) last yearand took to his twitter to express himself. He had reached out to his fans and calling them his real awards instead!
Things took shape this year for the ”Don Gorgon” as he got a nomination in the ‘Listeners Choice’ category with the likes of ”Jumbo” crooner, Kiss Daniel and others. See full list of nominees:
