Cindy Rueda, a former cook of rapper, Sean John Combs a.k.a P. Diddy, is suing him for “sexual harassment, retaliation, defamation, failure to pay overtime and intentional infliction of emotional distress.”
According to the lawsuit, the cook claims that she worked from 9 a.m. to 12 am without being paid overtime.
Cindy also added that Diddy requested her to serve him food directly after his sexual escapades. She went further to accuse one of Diddy’s friends of asking her to look and admire his genitals.
However, P. Diddy’s representative while responding to her allegations said in a statement :
“This is a frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause.”
