American diva, Beyoncé s father and former manager, Matthew Knowles during his speech at Howard University, opened up about her one weakness as he spoke about artiste management recently.
According to him, it was important to identify an artiste’s weakness. He said :
“Everybody thinks that they’re the greatest and they should. We as label executives, we have to know the limitations of the artistes.
“I can tell you all my artistes, their limitations. See, I would never have Beyoncé up here (for) public speaking. She’s not good at it. Solange was just at Yale. She’s incredible at it. But I know all of my artistes’ weaknesses. They all have weaknesses.”
Matthews Knowles managed Beyoncé from the beginning of her music career until 2011.
