Actress and producer, Chika Ike has taken a walk down memory lane to a time she had nothing, couldn’t pay her rents and had to squat with friends.
In an inspirational post on her Instagram page, the author marvelled at how one’s life can change and what used to be a far dream or life goal can become real. She added that she is now living her dream.
“I can remember when I couldn’t afford all these luxuries. My life now was a dream too far to reach years ago.
“Couldn’t afford to pay my rent, squatted in a friends room in school, friends were constantly giving me lifts in their cars because I had to save as much as I could.
“It’s amazing how one’s life can change and what used to be a far dream or my life goal is my reality and truth. I am living my dream.
“The truth is your life can change in a heartbeat, it’s not rocket science, things that used to be out of your reach, you’ll own and gift to other people.
