How to beat Monday Blues?

Mondays mark the beginning of a new working week. For some,they go into this day unmotivated and depressed,yet for some others, it is a great day to put their skills to use and get paid for them.

If you belong to the former, you should consider the following to beat your Monday blues:

1. Identify the problem

Ask yourself why you are always unmotivated on Mondays? Get to the root of the problem. Knowing the issue would help you get solutions on what to do to beat the blues.

2. Sleep early

If you always sleeping late, you are likely to wake up cranky. The saying ‘Early to bed, early to rise’ is always applicable.

3.  Enjoy your weekends

Try to rest, relax and have fun during weekends so that you enter Monday with new energy and positivity as well as motivation.

4. Plan ahead

Monday is a great day other week to plan how you week should go. Have your schedule. Write your to-do list and stick to it.

5. Get creative

Ditch multitasking, it can wear you out. Become more result-driven. Learn to be analytical. Lastly, exercise your creative ‘muscle’, push your creative sides.
