The federal government of Nigeria has confirmed it’s second case of coronavirus in ogun state.
The Minister of Health, Dr Osagie Ehanire announced this today Monday March 9 at a press conference in Benin City.
Ehanire briefed reporters at the boardroom of the University of Benin Teaching Hospital.
According to him, the second case met with the Italian patient during his visit to Ewekoro in Ogun state in February.
The confirmed case wasn’t imported into the country but through index case.
Nigerians are advised not to panic but should maintain personal hygienepersonal hygiene to prevent contacting covid -19.
