Regarding her skincare line SKKN, American socialite, Kim Kardashian, has been accused of trademark infringement.
Cydnie Lunford, an esthetician and businesswoman from New York, filed a lawsuit against the reality show participant for SKKN trademark infringement.
Lunford disclosed that her business, Beauty Concept, had operated continually in Washington under the SKKN+ since 2018 in the lawsuit she filed on June 28.
She said that she had used the moniker in connection with high-end salon services and online sales of physical retail merchandise.
