Wife of Olu of Warri, Olori Atuwatse III has canvassed for continuous engagement and training of teachers from public to private aspects of education as the content they get is what is impacted on the children.
Celebrating the educators in a post on her Instagram page, she noted that the transformation of education begins with teachers. Adding that though it is often a thankless job, their impact on society through the education of children is inestimable.
While thanking teachers around the world for their contributions and efforts, she also implored all to reach out to their teachers today, send a kind note, and say a prayer for anyone who might have impacted their lives on any level of education.
“We can’t thank them enough. However, the best way we can show our gratitude to our educators is to advocate for capacity building,” she said.
