Donors for Africa Foundation announces 2023 GE’DA fellows’ list

Donors for Africa Foundation has held its orientation conference for its new fellows and also announced the commencement of its fifth cohort of the GE’DA fellowship.
GE’DA is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at nurturing and supporting a generation of trailblazers and change-makers. The fellowship provides a unique opportunity for individuals who possess a relentless passion for innovation, a commitment to driving positive change, and a vision to address the challenges of the future.


From over 1300 applications received from 30 African countries; seventy-three fellows were shortlisted from eleven countries to represent Africa’s ever-growing sustainability goals
The fellows were chosen through a rigorous competitive process and criteria based on their commitment towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in Africa, outstanding leadership promise, and community service.

Donors for Africa Foundation is a grant management organisation working actively with Governments, Funding Institutions, Private Sector, Philanthropic Organisations, Non-Governmental Organisations, and Social Impact Leaders to break the cycles of poverty in Africa.
