Warri stands still as Andra Okolo Weds Akpevwe Oghenejobo

The oil-rich city of Warri stood still last weekend when Engineer Akpewe Oghenejobo, son of business tycoon chairman/MD Fenog group of companies, Engineer Austin Oghenejobo, wedded his ‘sunshine’ Andra Okolo. The Oghenejobos from Samagidi in Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State, met the Okolos first, in Udu, for the traditional marriage and crowned it with the solemnization ceremony, at God’s Will Mission Inc. in Warri. Officiated by Archbishop Prof. Solomon O.Gbakara, the colourful event drew men and women from all walks of life led by former President Goodluck Jonathan and his wife Dame Patience
Jonathan. Governor of Delta State, Sheriff Oborevwori led a team of commissioners and members of the State House of Assembly to grace the colourful occasion. From the north came the governor of Taraba State, Agbu Kefas, and other eminent politicians and business moguls. Pictured here are some of the dignitaries that attended the wedding.
