The glamorous pink-themed event which also witnessed the addition of seven new products including foundation, concealer, primer, setting spray, cream blush palettes and powder blush palettes to the brand’s range of cosmetics, had guests dazzling in various shades of pink, in a nod to the brand’s signature colour.

“We have manufactured a variety of high-end beauty products ranging from brush sets to lipsticks, eyeshadow palettes, lip glosses, concealers, foundations and eyeshadows since the company was founded in 2018.

“This new collection unveiled here today is literally almost completing the full range of make-up. So, I would say we have everything you need for a full glam,” Delphine Okoronkwo, CEO/Creative Director, Bare to Beauty Cosmetics, told Allure.

Declaring the brand’s products as paraben-free and non-comedogenic, the renowned celebrity makeup artist described the products as completely safe.

Okoronkwo, who described the last five years of being in the cosmetics manufacturing industry as ‘incredible’, said the brand was sustained by the spirit of positivity which has always been her watchword.

“I am so grateful to God. From day one in the manufacturing industry, I have never wondered whether I will succeed or not.
Of course there was nervousness but the thing is that if you keep pushing, you will definitely soar through,” Okoronkwo said.

“Over the past five years, as a brand, we have won several awards for our strides, both in the Nigerian and African beauty industry,” she added.

The event witnessed an outpour of accolades on Okoronkwo for her commitment to the beauty industry.

Among those who rained accolades were Mo Abudu, the CEO of EbonyLife Group, who described her as an embodiment of consistency and hard work; and Eryca Freemantle, a Global Beauty Strategist/Founder of E.A.T.O.W Global Awards, who also hailed her courage to advance from makeup artistry to manufacturing which she earlier described as ‘king’.

The event, which featured an open networking session, panel discussion titled ‘Past, Present & Future: The Nigerian Beauty Industry in Focus’, dance, non-stop entertainment, and a variety of fun-packed activities, had Lead Host, Denrele Edun, cracking up ribs non-stop.
