Mavin record label boss, Michael Collins Ajereh, better known as Don Jazzy, in a recent video on Instagram revealed that sex is the only exercise he does to keep fit.
He made this revelation while taking a stroll with Dr Sid at Ikoyi recently. According to him, he is an extremely lazy person, so doing simple exercise is not his thing, and the only thing he does is “knacking”, which is a local slang for sex.
He said;
“I am very lazy, I don’t engage myself in any form of strenuous activity or exercise for that matter, let me just say the only form of exercise I engage in is knacking”
