Food vlogger, Dolapo Grey has revealed a delicious way to enjoy eggs. It’s quite easy, quick and filling.
These hearty egg cups are so delicious and can be altered to your taste. Add in some spinach, chopped sausages, bacon, tomatoes, or whatever you want. It’s quick, easy, and filling.
What you need:
- Eggs – 5 large
- Mixed bell peppers – 1/2 cup, chopped
- Onion – 1/4 cup
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Salt – to taste
- Chilli pepper – to taste, optional,
- Cheese – 1/3 to 1/2 cup, mozzarella or cheddar
- Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
