Ingredients needed
- 2 cups of red lettuce
- 1 pear
- 1 teaspoon of matchaa
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of almond butter
- 1/2 of an avocado
Once you set aside all the ingredients, wash all and dice the pear into small cubes.
Starting from the liquid base (unsweetened almond milk ), pour all the ingredients into your blender.
