Sore Throat Recipe
One of the most uncomfortable feelings is when one has to deal with the pain of a sore throat. It can be highly destabilising and tends to ruin one’s diet. Not to worry though, thankfully, nature has provided us with natural cures that are not just tasty, but work wonders. Here are two sore throat recipes to make at home and kick the pain away.
Mama’s lemon and mint tea
- Ingredients
- Freshly squeezed Lemon
- Fresh mint leaf
- Green tea
- Honey
- Lime
Method
De-seed lemon and lime and squeeze juice into a tea cup , add tea bag and pour in steaming hot water, then drop in mint leaf with a spoon of honey and inhale deeply. Take a sip and inhale the fumes. Repeat process as much as possible. This tea is also great for weight loss.
