President of The Golden Movie Ambassadors of Nigeria, Saidi Balogun has paid tribute to the memory of late movie star, Aisha Abimbola, popularly known as Omoge Campus, who died on May 16, 2018.

TGMAN is a flagship body for proactive and professional filmmakers, and late Aisha was the vice president.

In a post on his Instagram page, Saidi remembered Aishat’s role aimed at stabilising the organisation, and particularly while on her sick bed. He added that there is not a single day that they do miss her.

“Our heart still can’t accept that you are not with us anymore.

“I remember words of Encouragement on TGMAN as the vice president even on her sick bed, she said,” things may be hard for now please don’t relent WE ARE THE FUTURE”

“Aishat Abimbola.

“You were our strength. There’s not a single day that we didn’t miss you.

“TGMAN miss you and the whole World miss you.

“We couldn’t even realize how One Year has passed since we lost you.

“Your death has reminded us that in this world nothing is permanent, we all have to go when God wishes. Just stay peacefully. It’s not easy for us to move on from this pain.

“We Love you but God loves you more … Rest On Amb Aisha Abimbola.” He wrote.

Aishat Abimbola died last year in Canada after battling breast cancer.
