Five years after death, Nigerians remember late physician, Dr. Stella Adadevoh
It’s five years today that Nigerian physician, late Ameyo Stella Adadevoh paid the ultimate sacrifice by curbing a wider spread of the Ebola virus in Nigeria by placing the patient zero patient, Patrick Sawyer in quaritine despite pressures from the Liberian government.
Nigerians have been remebering her for her great sacrifice with many saying she cannot be forgotten.
Adadevoh was confirmed to have tested positive for Ebola virus disease and was being treated on August 4, 2014.
She died in the afternoon of 19 August 2014.
