Yul Edochie celebrates Nollywood stars who helped shape his career
Nollywood actor and director, Yul Edochie has listed names of actors who helped in shaping his career.
Yul, who is the son of veteran actor, Pete Edochie, in a tweet on Wednesday revealed that he used to rent their films from video club if he didn’t have money to buy.
This he confessed to having done, not just to enjoy but to learn acting from them.
According to the 38-year-old, these stars include RMD, Ramsey, Emeka Ike, Jim Iyke, Chidi Mokeme, Muna Obiekwe, Emeka Enyiocha, Desmond Elliot, Mike Ezuruonye, Nonso Diobi.
“As I prayed this morning I remembered the early days of my acting career (2005, 06, 07).
I salute these great men.
“These stars helped shape my career.
RMD, Ramsey, Emeka Ike, Jim Iyke, Chidi Mokeme, Muna Obiekwe, Emeka Enyiocha, Desmond Elliot, Mike Ezuruonye, Nonso Diobi.
Then, if I no get money to buy their films I’ll rent from video club.
Not just to enjoy but to learn acting from them.” He wrote.
