DJ Cuppy bemoans being snubbed by Headies Awards
Nigerian disc jockey and producer,
Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, professionally known as DJ Cuppy, has expressed her feelings having been left out of the Headies award 2020 nominees list, which was released on Friday.
Reacting in a tweet, the daughter of Nigerian businessman Femi Otedola, said:
“I got snubbed by the #HeadiesAwards 😩 …A WHOLE 12-track #OriginalCopy album. Chai!”
Some of her followers have been encouraging her not to feel bad about the award, with some saying perharps she is even to big for The Headies afterall adding that she should go for the Grammys instead.
