G Young Takes a Huge stride
Music they say is a combination of sounds that pleases the ear, one person who seems to be combining all the right sounds at the moment is fast rising Afro fusion Artiste RAJI Oluwayomi Oluwaseun also known as G Young.
He is a 20-year-old Afro Fusion Artiste based in Lagos. His music is a blend of Naija beats and a melodious voice fused together to feed the soul.
He recently dropped his latest single titled” Sarewa”. Sarewa is currently available on all streaming sites https://ampl.ink/GkYaE
Allure Vanguard caught up with him recently as he speaks to us about his inspirations and more.
What first got you into music?
Dating back to when my mom bought me my first computer, the first things my Siblings & I thought to do was to put music in it, I remember an artist friend to my elder brother then came to put his music adding also one of Chocolate City All Star Rap Tracks BOOM! I fell in love with rap. Then I started putting in my own lyrics and the movement has been on.
Who inspired you to make music?
Shout out to MI Abaga.
How would you describe the music that you typically create?
State of Mind Music, I say state of mind music because I relate what’s really on my mid through my music, be it chilled, turn up, happy, sad or whatever mood i am in, I express it through my music as in real music.
What is your creative process like?
When a producer plays a beat I listen to it over and over again, check my mood for
what it’s like and relate what I feel like talking about at that moment. And honestly, I just record and freestyle to express what’s on my mind.

What is the most trouble you’ve ever gotten into?
Life Itself.
What is the best advice you’ve been given?
Do you; no matter what, it’s always your best option.
If you could change anything about the industry, what would it be?
I admire the industry a lot now, honestly it keeps getting better and I’m so proud of it right now. I’d do my best to add more spices to it anyway.

Release music back to back and build my Fan Base and a Strong Family.
