Chef Fregz celebrates at 33

Gbubemi Fregene, popularly know as Chef Fregz is a year older today.
The celebrity chef took to his Instagram page early on Thursday to thank the Almighty for lifes’ experience so far.

He wrote: “In the score, decade and a hat-trick I’ve meandered through this terrain of bitter and sweet called life, my gratitude right now is Pacific Indian and Atlantic deep combined.

I am here.
Clarity of mind, clad with super emotional and mental strength.
Finally in my Phoenix moment.
Reborn Refreshed and Restored.

My dear Gbubemi,

You were never your mistakes.
You were never your battles.
You were never your failures.

You are provided for.
You are loved.

The year behind didn’t swallow you.
In the trenches of fear, emotional distortion and loss, your learned to name yourself demons and found strength to name them.
You fought then and overcame.

The blood had always spoken better things. You are the testimony. You are the evidence of victory in Jesus.

You’ve learned and are still learning to love like Jesus. Sans rien exiger.

You can see you’re Worthy. Worthy Valid and Valuable than you’d considered all along.

Every painful crooked step has led you here. You will Florish and prosper.

Devoted to deeply and thoroughly loving you,

Gbubemi.”
