Tears as Sound Sultan is buried in New Jersey (Photos)
Nigerian rapper, Olanrewaju Fasasi, popularly known as Sound Sultan, who died on Sunday July 11 of Angioimmunoblastic T- Cell Lymphoma in the United States of America has already committed to mother earth.
The 44 years old Jagbajantis crooner, lost it to his battle to cancer at the early hours of the fateful day and has already been peacefully buried according to Muslim rites and tradition.
Sound Sultan was buried in New Jersey, USA in the presence of his grieving wife and siblings.
In a leaked conversation with comedian Yaw, Sound Sultan could be heard saying he was only following the will of God as he never expected to take the sudden trip to America because of his health.
“God has a plan, I no that strongly. So, I just dey follow am. This trip no be my plans. If you see the way doctors dey tell me say I dey respond to treatment. Chemo don start, everything. I thank God. I no dey stress myself,” Sound Sultan said in a telephone call.
He is survived by wife, 3 kids and siblings.
