Halima Abubakar announces end to acting career
Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar has announced the end of her acting career.
Her management team made the announcement on Monday, through her verified Instagram page, with a statement that reads thus: “HALIMA ABUBAKAR QUIT ACTING. Rejuvenate and continue healing❤️ We all love you my sweet sis🥰 We are waiting for you diva 🥰”
Although the 35-year-old team did not state any reason for the decision, many believe it may be due to a protracted ailment that has kept her out of job for more than three years.
Her fans took to the comment section to thank her for the years she put into the acting industry while urging her to go ahead and do whatever is good for her mental state at the moment.
