Nigerian rapper, Eedris Abdulkareem, has been discharged from the hospital few weeks after a successful kidney transplant. The musician disclosed in July that he had kidney failure and was undergoing dialysis. Celebrities and fans demonstrated financial support and sympathy following Abdulkareem’s disclosure.
