All Green Sandwich
Drop a few pounds this season by going green with what you eat. The importance of eating green vegetables cannot be emphasised enough, as they come enriched with all the essential nutrients your body needs. Try out this green sandwich for breakfast and loose up to 10kg in less than a week.
Ingredients
- Wheat bread
- Lettuce
- Spinach
- Celery
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Parsley
For Drink
- Lemon
- Honey
- Mint leaf
Method
Cut crusts off bread, spread avocado on bread and layer vegetables on it. Place in sandwich toaster and leave to toast for two minutes then spread honey on surface and enjoy. Serve with lemon, honey and mint leaf drink with ice.
