Blue Ivy steps out in a $11,000 dress for VMA

Even though her mum is globally known for her fashion sense, it was Blue Ivy, who stole the show at the recently held 2016 MTV VMAs as she stepped on the red carpet wearing a dress that reportedly cost N3.4million.
According to Yahoo Style, the dress was designed by Mischka Aoki and is from the brand’s spring/summer 2015 collection. Aptly named The Grand Royalle, the made-to-measure dress can cost anywhere between $9,859 (N3.1m) and $12,861 (N4m).
The dress features a floor length train with a leatherette gold metallic laser cut bodice, 3D gold metallic flower appliques hand sewn individually, and waves of tulle. The 4-year-old dressed the gown down with matching high top DOLLY sneakers from Giuseppe Zanotti priced at $565 (N178, 000) and topped the outfit off with a diamond tiara by Lorraine Schwartz, according to The Cut.
Not to be outdone, Beyonce also wore a feathered Francesco Scognamiglio couture tight gown and more than $20 million (N6.3bn) worth of Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, including earrings and multiple diamond rings, according to People.
