Versatile broadcaster Olalomi Ejire is dead

Prolific on-air-personality, Surajudeen Taiwo Salami famously known as Olalomi Ejire with the acronym Okin Oloja is dead. Olalomi Ejire died on Friday, September 2, 2016 at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi-Araba, Lagos after a brief illness.
According to the governor Freelance and Independent Broadcasters’ Association of Nigeria (FIBAN), Lagos state chapter, Yomi Mate Ifankalleluyah, his remains have been interred according to Islamic injunction.
Olalomi, a presenter, producer and certified media personnel was the anchor of Eko Lawa on Radio Lagos and Ogbon Kayeso on Faaji FM respectively. He was an active member of FIBAN, Lagos state chapter till he died. Late Salami died at the age of 54.
He hailed from Agaka compound, Ede, Osun state.
