Mark Angel Comedy hits 1 Million subscribers on YouTube

Mark Angel Comedy, popular for their hilarious comedy skits and funny protege, Emmanuella, just set a new Nigerian record of hitting 1 million subscribers on their Youtube channel. The Port harcourt based comedian is one of the earliest comedians who started the production of skits in Nigeria via YouTube and other social media platforms.
He uploaded his first video on his YouTube channel on June 2013. It was 3-minute video clip skit is titled ”TWO SHIIIT” that didnt even feature him. Four years down the line, he has attracted at least a million views per video. Mark Angel, in an interview, disclosed that he dropped out of school after gaining admission to Obafemi Awolowo University to study Medicine. According to him, he couldn’t afford to further his education because his uncle who would have paid his fees died.
His YouTube channel gained popularity after he uploaded a video titled ‘My Real Face’ on December 4, 2015 starring Emmanuella. The media channel has over one hundred episodes.
