Brazil’s Ronaldinho officially retires from football

Brazilian football legend, Ronaldo de Assis Moreira popularly known as Ronaldinho has officially announced his retirement from football.
His agent and brother Roberto Assis confirmed the announcement earlier today, saying;
“He has stopped, it is ended,” Assis said. “Let’s do something pretty big and nice after the Russia World Cup, probably in August. We will do various events in Brazil, Europe and Asia and, of course, we are arranging something with the Brazilian team as well.”
Ronaldinho is one of the most decorated players in football history winning the FIFA world player of the year in 2004 and 2005, Ballon d’or 2005, Uefa club footballer of the year 2005-2006 among a host of others.
