Nollywood actress, Mimi Orjiekwe took to social media to rant about granting an interview where she revealed she was earning less as an actor.

The mother of one went ahead to explain that she granted no interview of that nature since 2016 because she has been busy with the launch of her makeup.
While quoting her supposed remarks:
“I love acting but there is no money in it as much as in the oil sector. I have a lot of expenses; I have a baby, do charity, like to look good and have a family to support. For you to be able to do all these, you need to make a lot of money. Unfortunately, acting cannot give you much money.”
She went ahead to clarify these claims by writing;
“WHO IS THIS SUNDAY SCOOP ?? .. what’s up you guys claiming an interview I didn’t know when and how .. my last interview was 2016 .. till We launched Flawlessbeauty feb 14.. I have never granted interview with u guys and I have no reason to run down the industry I belong to .. a whole lot of people have made it out of Nollywood ,a lot are successful and still blossoming in same Nollywood . Haa pls egbami oo ..”
