#AllureRecipe: Hot spicy meatballs
Thank God it’s Friday. The weekend is about to kick off. You can try a new recipe this weekend. How about seasoning your meat in a different way? Spicy meatballs are just perfect to add to your favourite meal.
Here is what you need:
* 1 pound of ground beef
*1 cup homemade bread crumbs
* 1/2 medium onion
*2 teaspoon chopped garlic
*1 tablespoon fresh or dried parsley
* 1 seasoning cube
* 2 tablespoon of freshly chopped pepper
*Olive oil or vegetable oil
* Salt to taste
Method:
-Start by pre-heatimg oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit
– Combine minced meat, garlic, seasoned cubes, eggs, bread crumbs, onions, atarodo together in a bowl
-Mix well to ensure everything is combined
-Use clean hands to roll a spoonful of the combined minced meat into balls in your palms
-Put a pan with olive oil or vegetable oil in it. Then let it sizzle for three minutes .
-Then drop the meatballs into the hot oil to fry.
-Allow meatball to fry for at least 2 to 3 minutes till golden brown
-Serve with any sauce or stew
