Gospel Singer, Pat Uwaje-King is plus one today
Today is the birthday of Nigerian gospel singer and songwriter, Pat Uwaje-King.
She was born on March 26, 1979, in Ibadan, Oyo State.
Better known as the lead soloist of Midnight Crew, over the years, Pat’s passion for music and the kingdom of God has become obvious to all.
Pat started her singing career at Christ Winners Church, Lagos, at the age of 13.
Her debut solo album, containing 15 tracks, titled He’s Done Me Well, was released in 2015.
The graduate of a Creative Arts graduate of the University of Lagos, fondly called Mama Pat, has also shared her wealth of wisdom in almost two decades of singing professionally, with up comers in the gospel genre particularly.
Married to another musician and trainer, Sola King, Pat who hails from Asaba in Delta State also has a studio, GPK Studios located at Ogba, in Lagos.
She released a new song, Jehovah Daalu, about a month ago, to deeply express her grateful heart to the one who kept and still keeps her.
