Don’t use lip balms with menthol or alcohol. They are a harsh and dry off the lips. Make your own lip balm with shea butter with coconut oil.
3. Drink water and practise good habits
Always hydrate your body with water. Water flushes toxins and rejuvenates the skin. Don’t smoke and avoid tobacco which darkens the lips.
