It was exactly six months yesterday, Sunday, May 19, since late popular Nigerian on-air personality Tosyn Bucknor, passed on.

Her sister, Funke Bucknor-Obruthe has remembered her.

Founder, Founder Zapphaire Events posted a lovely picture of Tosyn on her Instagram page and reiterated how much Aurelién (Tosyn’s husband), friends, and other family members miss her.

She wrote:

“It’s been 6months.

6months of not listening to your voice notes

6months of you not correcting my English oh

6months of you not telling me what to do

6months of you not calling me about @iamdeejaikash lolll or something else

6months of not being able to just pick up the phone and ask you how you are feeling.

6months of not hearing your voice.

I miss you

Mummy misses you (she doesn’t really like talking about it like me)

Aurelién misses you

Segun misses you

Your cousins miss you

Your nieces miss you

Your family miss you

Your friends miss you

Your colleagues miss you

My friends miss you

Keep on resting my dearest and only sister

Strongest person I know.

#tosynliveson”

Tosyn passed on November 19, 2018. in Lagos, due to complications from sickle cell anemia.  She was reportedly found dead by her husband, Aurelien Boyer, a French national when he arrived at home from work on the fateful night.
