Slimming down isn’t fun but it doesn’t have to be hell, says Dolly Unachukwu

One of the actresses that ruled the movie scenes back in the 90s was Dolly Unachukwu,

Aside from her prowess in movies, one thing that stood her out was her big frame. And before she disappeared from our screens, Dolly was tall and she had fat!

Well, all that seems to be in the past now, as the diva now wears a trim new look, having embarked on a weight loss program.

The 50-year-old, mother of two, shared a before and after picture of her weight loss journey, and we must say she looks radiant.

She had a word for anyone willing to embark on the weight loss journey in the caption that accompanied the photograph.

“You want to know the truth? At a point, I wasn’t only fat but big. 😀

“Maybe, sometimes, a difference exists between being fat and being big 😀🤷🏽‍♂. I didn’t want fat neither did I want “big”. Before you start embarking on the weight loss journey, it is important for you to remember this: YOU ARE NOT FAT; YOU ONLY HAVE FAT.

“So, think about weight loss not as a burden or pain, but a task to be doggedly accomplished. 🤷🏽‍♂ To tell you the truth, slimming down isn’t fun but it doesn’t have to be hell.

“I should give you some tips in my subsequent posts 😀. Before then, you can take this as my throwback Thursday picture.”
