You need to stop fasting and praying

Just before you judge me and get dissapointed in me read till the end and you will agree with me.

You need to Stop fasting and praying

In most religious settings we hear things like

“pray until something happens”

” Prayer is the only way to communicate to heaven and get all your heart desires”

The person who is asking you to pray fervently might have missed out some details.

You see a very successful man and when you ask him how he did it; He smiles and says it’s prayers oo, I prayed and God answered me. Just believe in God and you will see his goodness upon you.

Personally I see deceit in that statement, in as much as God can do all things we ask of him. For it to manifest we need to play a part.

Your prayers only begin to work when the relationship is very mutual.

You fast, pray, kabash and take ACTION Without the last part you seriously need to stop the first two.

God cannot leave His throne to do for you, what He has given you and many others the power and wisdom to do.

There are cases of misguided and ignorant Christians who do nothing else but fast and pray.

You can’t serve the impossibility specialist and fail to be making progress in life.

To these set of people who only pray without working am saying STOP FASTING AND PRAYING

Stop making it seem like the devil is more powerful.

The only reason people get “ritually rich” is simple , they do as they are told. They follow the instructions given.

Now this above has kept so many tied down, they keep waiting to hear from God and time continues to slip away.

Truth be told, it’s not everyone that sees God in His majestic throne and he speaks to them.

Sometimes God speaks through man (could be your friend, neighbors, colleagues children or your intuition)

It’s not necessarily only through men of God. (believing only this has made it possible for so many atrocities and manipulation to happen to supposed believers in the name of God)

When you see the things you are to do or ignore genuine suggestions from people all because you are waiting to hear from God through praying and fasting.

Just know that you are being very LAZY remember what the Bible said in Proverb 10:4 it says,

“Being lazy will make you poor, but hardwork will make you rich”

You want to make something meaningful out of your life?

Then you need to learn when to stop fasting and praying and get your butt up to take charge of your life.

Take back the control and like a sailor with the bearing, sail your ship to a beautiful bountiful destination.

Remember: For prayers to work, you need to play out your part excellently and if you can’t play your part then kindly stop fasting and praying.

This is my one cent, you can add yours if you disagree with me.
