Ndidi Okonkwo Nwuneli expresses worry over rising cases of robberies in Lagos, Ogun
Co-Founder of Sahel Consulting, Ndidi Okonkwo Nwuneli has expressed concern over the rising levels of violence and robberies in several communities in Lagos and Ogun States.
There have been reports of robbery attacks on residents in several communities since the lockdown took effect, on March 30.
Ndidi, who is also a social entrepreneur, author and speaker stated that because there is hunger in the land, unemployed youths need to be occupied.
She called on megacities to develop strategies to deal with COVID-19.
“I am increasingly concerned about the rising levels of violence and robberies in our densely populated communities in Lagos and Ogun States! There is hunger in the land! Our unemployed youth need to be occupied. Megacities need tailored strategies for dealing with COVID-19!” She wrote on Twitter.
