Late Ibidun Ighodalo would have clocked 40 in July, and the only desire she had was to help 40 couples to have their babies.

She revealed her plans to celebrity photographer, TY Bello in their last chat.

TY posted a snapshot of their conversation on Instagram with the caption: “23:39 … that’s all I want …I just want to make 40 homes happy. This was @ibidunni ighodalo‘s last message to me. This is who she was… this was what she had on her mind. She never forgot others going through the pain of waiting, even at the very end. #IBIDUNNI.”

Ibidun was the founder of Ibidunni Ighodalo Foundation, a non-profit organisation created to raise awareness on issues about infertility. The foundation also provides grants for couples that require fertility treatments such as in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) and intrauterine insemination.

For someone who struggled with infertility, this experience led her to start the foundation.
