Actress Mary Remmy Njoku speaks on the difficulty of being a working mother

May 15,2021
Share:

Mary Remmy Njoku took to Instagram to express how difficult it is to be a mother while still working. She said that women must do either or do a little of both and that men must also respect their wives in order to achieve harmony.

Mary used the example of a friend’s husband complaining to her that his wife refuses to work while she is raising their four boys, and she wondered how he wants her to do both entirely, particularly because the kids are under the age of ten.

She wrote:

Haba!! Body no be firewood 🙄. We have to either choose one or do a little of BOTH. And Oga has to do a little of BOTH too. To create a balance. Women are humans, not robots!!
A friend’s husband just complained to me that his wife does nothing to support him. ‘She just sits at home with the boys and eats’. Imagine 😡😡😡. 4 sons under 10!!!
Anyway I don’t think her husband will ever speak to me again. Time for a workout!! 💃💃
