4 Do-It-Yourself Hair Masks

June 18,2021
Share:

We all have hair problems, whether it’s breakage, dryness, flakes, frizz, or fading. Seasonal fluctuations, interior heat, outside elements, and hot hair tools are just a few of the factors that might contribute to these alterations. You are not required to go to the store. To repair your mane, you may utilize common household materials to make a DIY hair treatment.

  • Care for skin and hair @ lockdown

Here’s a list of 4 DIY masks:

Honey, egg, and apple cider vinegar mask.

Try this honey, egg, and apple cider vinegar (ACV) mask if your hair is feeling (and looking) a bit dry. It’s a fantastic moisturizing treatment that adds shine and nourishes hair without weighing it down.

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon honey, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.

Mask made with coconut oil, sugar, and aromatic oils

If you see flakes on your scalp when the weather drops, it’s possible that the heat in your home is increasing and drying out your skin. This exfoliating product removes and reduces flakes while also acting as a face scrub.

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of raw unrefined coconut oil, 4 teaspoons of raw sugar, 5 drops of peppermint oil, 2 drops of tea tree oil.

Mask with cinnamon and coconut oil

For Hair that refuses to grow: A cinnamon-based mask stimulates blood circulation and promotes hair growth and strength.

Ingredients: Cinnamon and coconut oil, in equal amounts.

Rinse with green tea and apple cider vinegar

For irritated hair and scalp. This strong herb soothes and rebalances an inflamed scalp thanks to its antioxidants and minerals. Peppermint oil is a great compliment because it’s anti-inflammatory and helps to soothe and moisturize a dry scalp.

Ingredients: 1 cup green tea, 2 drops peppermint oil, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
