Egg Roll Recipe
The African Egg Roll is not to be confused with the well-known Chinese Egg Roll. It’s a deep-fried boiled egg covered in a mound of dough.
In West Africa, this egg roll is commonly offered as street food. Tea aficionados, on the other hand, can have this for breakfast. You may also serve it for breakfast with a glass of chilled juice.
Ingredient
* 7 eggs
* 1¼ cup All purpose flour (170g)
* 2 teaspoon baking powder
* 2 tablespoon sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon nutmeg
* 1 medium egg
* 1/2 cup milk or water
* Oil for frying
