Juice Recipes for Glowing Skin

Tomato and Carrot Juice
This blend of rich ingredients can give you a filling and tasty juice that is perfect for your skin. Packed with antioxidants, tomato juice is perfect for young and healthy-looking skin. Vitamins C, A, and Lycopene in tomato juice offer oxidative protection. It reduces discolouration, spots, and acne. Meanwhile, carrot offer plenty of Vitamin A which is not only good for our eyes but also wards off acne, pimples, pigmentation and sun damage. One glass of this juice is recommended daily.
Ingredients:
• 2 medium tomatoes
• 1 large carrot
• 1 tbsp of flaxseeds
Directions:
• Dice the carrots and tomatoes and add them to the blender along with the flax seeds.
• Blend thoroughly until the required consistency is achieved.
Pineapple and Cucumber Juice
Pineapple is great for the skin because of its soothing healing properties. Paired with the hydration offered by cucumber, this combination makes a perfect fit for glowing skin. Aside the hydrating benefit of cucumber, the silica in it adds a glow to your skin and enhances your natural complexion. You can drink this three or four times a week.
Ingredients:
• 5 medium slices of pineapple
• ½ a cucumber
Directions:
• Put cucumber and pineapple slices into small chunks and put them in the blender.
• Blend until you get a thick liquid.
Spinach, Sweet Potato and Ginger Juice
This is a power-packed juice with plenty of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties from the beta carotene in sweet potato. On its own, spinach is rich in Vitamins A and C which are great to lighten the skin tone and enhance the complexion. It also has a good amount of antioxidants like Vitamin E and manganese which keep out free radicals. Drink half a glass of this daily.
Ingredients:
• 1 medium sweet potato
• One cup spinach leaves
• 1 tbsp ginger
Directions:
• Blend all the ingredients together.
• Add water to get your required consistency.
