How to achieve nipple orgasm

October 24,2021
Share:

Everyone is obsessed with the honey between your legs, it’s quite easy to forget about the major erogenous zone above your waist like your nipples. Everybody’s breasts have the potential to unleash a powerful new way to climax.

Nipple orgasm is simply “a pleasurable release of sexual arousal, centred on nipple stimulation without stimulating the clitoris or penis directly.”

Just by stimulating the nipples and the surrounding breast tissue, sexual climax can be created much like a genital orgasm. Achieving a nipple orgasm is caused by the many nerve endings on and around your nipple.

Though this may seem like small potatoes when compared to genital orgasm, let’s burst your bubble; nipple orgasm can be intense if not more so.

Some ladies have this to say that the nipple orgasms feel similar to the pelvic sensation they get during vaginal orgasms while others simply describe it as distinctly unique in its own right, one that vibrates through their entire bodies. Whichever way your orgasm decides to present itself, just have it at the back of your mind that there’s no right or wrong way to get one especially if it feels good, you can always keep them coming on a regular basis.

It’s very possible to have an orgasm just from nipple play- for some women, nipples can be very sensitive, particularly for those with clitorises. MRI scans have shown nipple stimulation activates the same nerve cortex as clitoral and genital stimulation; your brain essentially can’t tell the difference. In case you are interested in having nipple orgasm, try the tantric nipple massage below with your spouse.

Create a sensual scene – Lie comfortably on your back with your favourite candles or incense and music that makes you feel sexy with your choice massage oil nearby.

No blame game – Do not stress about your body, your weight, that little scar you hate on your belly (one reason most ladies fail to achieve orgasms). This is because they are disconnected from their bodies and trapped in negative thoughts swimming around in their minds and heads. Not judging yourself is about the only way you can fully relax into your body.

Concentrate on your breath – Focusing on your breathing will help get rid of any kind of negative thoughts out of your head. This can be done by taking a long, deep breath in which you constrict the back of your throat so that you can hear your breath, this is called the Bliss breath. A situation where you hear your own breath, helps get you out of your head and into your body, and helps you feel more pleasure for a longer time. Like every other thing in tantric sex and yoga, breathing is very key to getting the most out of the practice.

Try teasing yourself – Begin by applying some of your oil at the centre of your heart between the boobs and a little at your belly. Start stroking around the belly [a lot of stress are actually held here], rib cage and in-between the breasts to tease yourself. Delay touching your breasts, take time to stir up your sexual energy before moving to the boobs and nipples. Feel free to alternate between a feather-like touch with your fingertips, and a medium-light touch to caress your stomach between your breast and your neck.

Circle the boobs – Immediately your body starts reacting, use the feather-like touch to circle and slowly massage or squeeze your breasts. Do not rush to touch the nipples until you are fully turned on.
