Regular exercise/workout, another source of true Happiness

From every quote about being a Happy person, it simply explains that happiness comes from inside, especially the mind.

Regular exercise

Tough situations of the country have made it even more difficult for happiness to be constant part of our lives.

Women who were relax and take care of the home while the men work are now forced to become bread winners.

Living life itself has become a job for many and here is where regular exercise and workouts comes in to change lives.

Several arguments may disagree that exercise can give someone happiness but a few tips below can convince you.

Exercise boosts energy

Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores.

A business woman and a mother of four children, Georgina Ahbo explained how she battled with fatigue after her house help left. It became a thug of war before she could finish one house chore in the pile of many; take care of the children, and still go to handle her business. Her testimony of having enough energy to do it all started when she started a 20 minutes runs every Saturday morning.

Exercise promotes better sleep

Because of stress and so many things to attend to, many women find it hard to fall asleep, even when it is bed time. Regular physical activity can help you fall asleep faster, get better sleep and deepen your sleep. Just don’t exercise too close to bedtime, or you may be too energized to go to sleep. Even an hour sleep is very refreshing.

Exercise improves mood

Fatigue and stress has a way of taking a toll on a person, especially women who have a lot to do. You may find yourself getting unnecessarily angry at your little children who do not understand you are under pressure.

If you need an emotional lift or need to blow off some steam after a stressful day, a gym session or brisk walk can help.

Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier, more relaxed and less anxious.

You may also feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem.

Many women believe that their day to day activities is already exercise on its own, but fitness experts will tell you there is a big difference.

Exercise is different from the stress you undergo daily.

While exercise releases the feel good hormone endorphins, wards off many diseases and gives you mental clarity, the struggle of day to day activities break you down, stress you out and saps every strength you have.

If by just putting in 20minutes of workout, you can have more energy to work, sleep better and have an improved mood, wouldn’t you agree that exercising is one key opens doors of inner happiness.
