Oscars 2022: Uti Nwachukwu reacts to Will Smith’s attack on comedian, Chris Rock

Media personality, Uti Nwachukwu has reacted to Will Smith’s attack on comedian Chris Rock after he made a joke about the health of his wife, Jada, at the 2022 Oscars.

The actor and model stressed the place of respect and maintaining boundaries in whatever industry one belongs.

Uti however added that though both sides have acknowledged their wrongdoings and done the right thing, as a veteran and respected member of any society, one cannot afford to react emotionally.

He congratulated Will Smith for his win at the awards, saying that as a fan and follower of his works, he really imbibes Denzel Washington’s advice of not allowing the devil to come for him when at his highest.

According to him, Restraint/Self Control and Decorum should always be the order of the day be it in Public or in the Privacy of one’s home.

Here is his post: “l boyyyy! And I thought this thing was staged oo!!🙆🏾‍♂️🙆🏾‍♂️🙆🏾‍♂️

Anyway, both sides have Acknowledged their wrongdoings and done the right thing!

We can all learn from this regardless of what industry we belong to!

Respect is Paramount and some boundaries should never be crossed.

However, as a veteran and Respected Member of any society, you cannot afford to react emotionally because as Denzel said: “The devil comes for you when you are at your highest”.

Restraint/Self Control and Decorum should always be the order of the day Whether you are in Public or in the Privacy of your own home.

I learned this the hard way time and time again in the past and as Will said, Na work in progress all of us be ❤️❤️❤️

That being said Congrats to Will Smith on his Major stride👏🏾👏🏾 ONLY 5 men of African American descent have won this OSCAR!THIS IS A BIG WIN FOR HIM AND THE COMMUNITY!! 👏🏾👏🏾

As a Huge Fan follower of his works, I Really Hope this can now be the Main Focus Moving Forward 🙏🏾 🌟
