Ruger boasts about BNXN not being better than him

Fast rising singer, Michael Adebayo Olayinka, with the stage name, Ruger, has insisted that singer, Daniel Benson, better known as BNXN, is not musically above him.

On Thursday, Ruger hosted a Twitter chat with his followers, which sparked a discussion about who was better between the two.

He encouraged his audience to ask him questions and promised to answer them during the session.

One of his fans on Twitter then asked to know if D’Prince, the head of the Jonzing World record company, had ever told him that BNXN is a superior musician than him.

“Has D’Prince told you bnxn is your grand dad musically?#AskRuger.”

The Twitter user asked because Ruger had earlier bragged about his connection with D’Prince and how the head of the record label frequently praised his work.

Ruger had earlier tweeted:

“I’m so happy anytime I send@ DPRINCEMAVIN new music and he calls me immediately to tell me “Ruger this is a jam” he’s got the best ears in this industry no one can ever deny that.”

The singer responded by slamming the user and calling him a “fool.” He also included a screenshot of his alleged communication with D’Prince and his reply.

Another Twitter user who joined the discussion asserted that Ruger is inferior to BNXN and that “there’s nothing he can do about that.”

“Lol BNXN is better than you and there’s nothing you can do about it you this low budget Samuel L Jackson.”

However, Ruger returned fire at the user. While he adores BNXN, the singer of “Dior” claimed that BNXN is not superior to him.

“I love Buju he’s good but he’s not better than me. Everything I’ve done since the beginning was only Ruger. All my hits are just Ruger. I’m always proud going on stage around the world with my own hits and everyone is singing along. You see the difference?”

Since they first gained fame, Ruger and BNXN have continued to shoulder the weight of fame in the Nigerian music scene.
