Seyi Shay says she won’t be on Nigerian Idol again
When she made her judging debut and participated in the Nigerian Idol competition last year, singer Deborah Oluwaseyi Joshua, better known as Seyi Shay, generated a lot of discussion. She stepped down from the judging panel after serving a year on the well-known and respected show. Simisola Bolatito Kosoko, nicknamed Simi, and Dapo Oyebanji, aka D’Banj, two singers, took her spot this year along with the other judge on her season, Soseneyayi Amar-Aigbe, called DJ Sose. Even though Seyi Shay was absent from the show, many viewers still thought it would be better with her there. The season continued to be a huge success.
