Below are eight signs of truly exceptional employees:

3.They know when to reveal their individuality:
Exceptional employees know when to separate work form play. When a challenge surfaces, they cease to show their individuality and form the best teammates. They know when to conform, back out and when to challenge. It is not as easy as it appears but those in this category carry on with ease.
4. They give commendations:
Exceptional employees are quick to recognize the contributions of others, especially in group settings . they do not take all the credit for the good work done.
5. They disagree privately
Experience shows that some problems are better handled privately. Exceptional employees come to you before or after a meeting to discuss a sensitive issue rather than exposing what will throw one off balance.
6. They are curious
Exceptional employees have an innate feel for the issues and concerns of those around them. They ask questions or raise important issues when others are not forthcoming.
7. They like to prove other people wrong.
Education, intelligence, talent, and skill are equally important but drive is critical. Exceptional employees are driven by something deeper and more personal than just the desire to do a good job.
8. They’re constantly learning:
Learning is continuous. Exceptional employees are not satisfied with their current level, they seek for more knowledge on how to develop.”Good employees follow processes. Great employees tweak processes.” Exceptional employees look for ways to reinvent processes, not just because they are expected to but because that is their nature.
