facial mask

‘Too much of everything is bad” goes the saying. It also applies to make up too. We do  not necessarily have to wear full face make up everyday. Sometimes we can go without make up in a day and show the world how beautiful we are no matter what. The skin actually needs time to rejuvenate and rest from all cosmetics. Listed here are steps to undertake to achieve that perfect glow for a “no make up look” day.

1. Use natural home made facial mask:  Your skin would love natural made products to ones chemically generated. Besides, the chemical products can result to different reactions. Natural face mask smoothens the face, removes eye bags, gets rid of dead cells, reduces redness, tightens the pores and removes dirt. Try making facial masks from egg white, honey, cucumber, avocado pear, grape fruit  or oatmeal.

2.Exfoliate your face: Wash your face completely and then exfoliate. The benefits of exfoliation can not be overemphasised, it actually removes dead skin cells and makes your face glow from the new cells it produces. Exfoliate probably once or  twice a week to keep your face smooth, fresh and youthful.

3.Let your hair down:  It would compensate for not wearing make up. The right hairstyle, has the power to change looks from ordinary to super chic. The right hairstyle makes a difference in your overall appearance.

4. Groom your eyebrows
: Bushy and unkempt brows can tarnish your facial features. try trimming and grooming your eyebrows to look more responsible and neat. It will also add to your confidence when you appear without make up.

5.Moisturise:  Moisturisers prevent and treat dry skins. They also prevent sensitive skins and improve skin texture. Invest in good skin moisturiser that would do wonders f or your face. An example is the ones that contain SPF, this protects the skin from sun damages.

6.Apply lip balm:  They make the lips smooth and attractive. Lip balms repair damage skin on the lips. Every girl should never leave home without lip balms.

7. Wear shades:  They protect your eyes from the sun rays. They also make you appear cool. Go for shades that fit your face shape.
